Buy some art... and help preserve Middle Tennessee's beautiful landscapes!

The Chestnut Group is a plein air painting organization dedicated to preserving the landscapes in Middle Tennessee. It is made up of some of the most talented artists I have seen. A generous portion of the proceeds from any sales are donated to conservation groups with a similar mission, such as Friends of Warner Parks and the Land Trust for Tennessee (see more here.).

This summer, their work (and my work) was on display for a day-long sale at Montgomery Bell Academy, celebrating The Chesnut's 20th anniversary.
